What are the accepted forms of payment?

What are the shipping methods, costs and delivery times?
– Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Shipments are insured through the transport service Nacex or similar, are free and are delivered within 24-48 hours.
-International: Shipments are insured through UPS, Fedex or similar service, are free and are delivered within a maximum of 5 working days.
Can orders be picked up at the shop?
By choosing this option during the purchase process you can pick up your order at Joyería Marcos C/ Marqués de Larios 2 29005 Málaga.
Is VAT included in the price?
– VAT is included in the prices and the corresponding invoice is generated with each purchase.
– The customer belonging to a VAT exempt country will pay the article with the tax included and will be able to request a Tax Free Invoice for the reimbursement of the same.

What return options are available?
In the event of a return, we offer two options:
- Exchange for Other Products: You can choose to exchange the returned products for other products of your choice.
- Refund: You also have the possibility of receiving the amount of money corresponding to your purchase.
How can I make a return in person at the shop?
For returns in person, simply go to our physical shop located at Calle Marqués de Larios, 2 in Malaga and our team will be happy to help you with the return process.
Is it possible to make returns from home?
